Cancellation/Late Reschedule Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Missed appointments (no-shows): 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

• Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee will apply.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. Your card will only be charged if you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.

If you do not have a credit card to keep on file, payment for your appointment must be made in advance by cash or check.

Why We Have This Policy

We understand that unexpected things happen, and we will always do our best to be understanding when circumstances arise. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave an appointment time that our service providers have reserved specifically for you and often do not allow enough time to offer that appointment to another client.

This policy helps protect our service providers' time while allowing us to maintain availability and provide quality care to all of our clients.
